Jase Allen
Attorney & Founder
Jase Allen is a Utah attorney focusing on estate planning and asset protection
He is a native of Cache Valley, Utah and attended Logan High School. He went to college at Utah State University and graduated with honors in finance and economics. He then attended the University of Nebraska College Of Law where he studied wills, trusts, and estate planning. He is an attorney-member of the Utah State Bar’s Estate Planning Section.
Jase is also a third generation funeral home professional in the family business of Allen-Hall Mortuary. Being involved in the funeral industry has given him a unique perspective on the importance of having ones affairs in order through proper planning.
Prior to founding ALLEN LAW OFFICE PLLC he was an associate attorney at a firm in Salt Lake City, Utah and in Logan, Utah. He was recently named a top “40 under 40” attorney by a nationally recognized lawyer organization and volunteers with “Wills for Heroes” assisting law enforcement personnel with their estate planning.

David A. Kerr
Attorney – Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Business Succession
David Kerr is a Utah attorney focusing on estate planning, asset protection, and business succession. He brings over a decade of legal experience to his work helping individuals, families, and business owners protect assets, preserve legacies, and plan for the future with confidence.
Before joining the firm, David served as General Counsel to a private investment group, managing legal matters for more than two dozen affiliated entities. His work included advising on deal structures, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and designing governance frameworks to support long-term operations. That experience informs his estate planning practice and his approach to drafting trusts and planning documents.
He earned his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, both from Brigham Young University. He is an active member of the Utah State Bar’s Estate Planning Section and Business Law Section.
David’s family has deep roots in Cache Valley, with several generations having lived and worked in the community. He values the opportunity to serve the region his family has long called home. Clients appreciate his practical advice, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable plans.
Tracy Fox
Intake Paralegal
Tracy Fox is a dedicated paralegal with over 8 years experience in the legal field. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to supporting both clients and attorneys, Tracy plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring that both clients and coworkers feel supported.
Outside of work she loves spending time with family. She is a mom of three and grandma to five. And she never misses a chance to cheer on her favorite team, the Atlanta Braves.
Joelnada Bass
Paralegal
Joelnada received her bachelor’s degree from Southern University and A&M College, and her juris doctorate from Miles Law School. She is a highly skilled and experienced paralegal with extensive experience handling trust, estate, and probate matters. With a keen eye for detail, she is exceptionally proficient in preparing documents, ensuring accuracy at every step. Her meticulous approach and comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in trust and estate law make her an invaluable asset to the team at Allen Law. Outside of work, Joelnada enjoys mud riding and attending trail rides with her family and friends…a true country girl.
